Pick who it's for. Lock it so it can't be changed. Make it a check-in alarm so it keeps ringing until they're really up.
Everyone wakes up
It rings like a real alarm, even when the app is closed and the phone is on silent. If they haven't checked in, you're the first to know.

Common questions.
Does my kid need an Apple Account?
No. A kid's device pairs with your family using a six-digit code from a parent's phone. No Apple Account or sign-in is needed on the child's device.
Can my kid turn off an alarm I set?
Not if it's locked. A locked alarm can't be edited, deleted, or switched off by the kid it's for. Make it a check-in alarm and stopping it isn't enough either: it keeps ringing until they open the app and tap "I'm up", and you're told if they don't.
Does My Family Alarm replace the Clock app?
My Family Alarm has its own alarms and keeps them in sync across your family's devices. They ring like the alarms in your phone's Clock app, even when the app is closed and your phone is on silent.
Which devices does it work on?
iPhone running iOS 26 or later, with a companion Apple Watch app. There is no Android version.
What if a family member doesn't want alarms set for them?
Adults control that themselves. Every member can turn off the setting that lets other people set alarms for them.

How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Settings and tap Delete Account. Your account and its data are deleted right away.
