Every alarm app is built for one person. Families don't work that way.

You can't see anyone else's alarm. So you knock, you ask, and you set a backup on your own phone just in case.

Create your family
Invite with a six-character code, or link a kid's iPad by scanning a QR code from your phone. Kids don't need an Apple ID.
Set alarms for anyone
Pick who it's for. Lock it so it can't be changed. Require a parent to dismiss it, and approve or deny right from the notification.
Everyone wakes up
It rings on their iPhone and Apple Watch. If someone misses it, you're the first to know.

Made for parents. Fair to kids.
Kids keep their own alarms. Parents get the controls that matter for the ones that can't be missed.
Lock it
A locked alarm can't be edited, deleted, or switched off by the kid it's for. They see who set it and why.
Parent must dismiss
They can snooze, but only a parent can turn it off. Approve or deny from the notification on your phone.

It started with "Did you set your alarm?"
Every school morning went the same way. "Yes." Then, twenty minutes later, silence from upstairs. The alarm was set. It was also switched off.
So we built the thing we wanted: one place to see every alarm in the family, a lock so the important ones stay set, and a nudge when someone sleeps through. Made by a parent, for parents who'd rather not be the alarm.
FAQ
Common questions.
Does my kid need an Apple ID?
No. Child Mode links a kid's iPad or iPhone to your family by scanning a QR code from a parent's phone. No Apple ID or sign-in is needed on the child's device.
Can my kid turn off an alarm I set?
Not if it's locked. A locked alarm can't be edited, deleted, or switched off by the kid it's for. With Parent must dismiss turned on, they can snooze it, but only a parent can dismiss it, by approving from the notification on their own phone.
Does My Family Alarm replace the Clock app?
My Family Alarm manages its own alarms and syncs them across your family's devices. On iOS 26 it uses Apple's AlarmKit, so its alarms ring like system alarms.
Which devices does it work on?
iPhone and iPad running iOS 26 or later, with a companion Apple Watch app. There is no Android version.
What if a family member doesn't want alarms set for them?
Adults control that themselves. Every member can turn off the setting that lets other people set alarms for them, and any alarm they create can stay private instead of being shared with the family.
When does it launch?
